1. Description:

An end product exhibiting the best combination of texture, colour and flavour base on an accurate control of the conditioning, drying and toasting stages of the process. Unlimited choice of shapes and formulae for shaped cereal such as stars, crispies, pillows, rings, stars etc. Simple and fast possibility of intercombing the two over mentioned lines, in order to obtain the widest range of products with minimum expense.
fully automatic breakfast cereal corn flakes extruding processing line introduced here is designed on base of Italian Technology development. High quality twin rotating screw extruder has standard screw length radius ratio, compression ratio and screw designation. The extrusion process got automatic circulating cooling system when extruding different materials the temperature can be controlled easily. This well designed extruder improves corn flakes mouthfeel and quality.
Air Heater is a key equipment in the corn flakes line, its core technology is from Italy, Air Heater using high temperature air as medium to expand the corn flakes evenly without any pollution. As some manufactures are still using salt as the medium to expand corn flakes, in that way the taste of the corn flakes will be corrupted by the salt and the corn flakes can not be puffed evenly the taste is crunchy, also during using salt as the medium for expanding products will have lots of fogs out of the machine and it can rust other steel equipments.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3. Products: Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder
